RE: Vote: public_key, publicKey, hasPublicKey, pubKey

if folks want to play in the real world, so things work en masse, ensure that the format of the string is xml, from the xml-dsig standard for the public key. This is what all the modern libraries support, and already properly handles several ciphers and keying systems. Otherwise, folks have to build, finish, debug and further test yet another format jsut for the semantic web - which will just hold up adoption for years - for only academic benefit.
