B. Main Issues
---------------

 -  The cert and rsa ontologies now have very nice  html versions
     http://ii.uwb.edu.pl/~dtomaszuk/webid/
    I will look at them in more detail today, and we can vote to publish it

 -  The earl test ontology has improved. We are now starting to have some experience using it.

 -  with the above two we can start having tests refer directly to parts of the spec
    and the spec can point to the ontology
