Fwd: ANNOUNCEMENT: Raptor RDF Syntax Library 2.0.4

Raptor gets WebID support. Dave tells me:

> I'm adding this feature to the Raptor 2.0.4 release when built with curl.
>
> https://github.com/dajobe/raptor/commit/4fc7e3af62bd45018c0ce814990cf4c2843f8221
>
> When shipped you'll be able to use it like this on the command line:
>
> rapper -fwwwCertFilename=/path/to/cert/file -fwwwCertPassphrase=passphrase
> https://example.org/path
>
> Adding this to redland librdf itself and the rdfproc tool will take more work

I'll be compiling this next, as I use rapper very often - it has rdfa support,
where cwm does not yet.
