Hello All, Happy new year and welcome to the WebID incubator group. The W3C processes Invited Experts requests manually and so this is taking a bit of time to complete. We have 10 invited experts currently waiting to be processed. In order not to delay the group unnecessarily I am here BCCing the currently unapproved invited experts, many of whom have been very active on the foaf-protocols mailing list over the past years, and without whom we would not have been able to come as far as we have. The W3C is working on simplifying its process I am told, and hopefully a WebID implementation could make all of this a simple point and click affair.... So in order to get going with an initial teleconf time I have put together a little Doodle http://doodle.com/uhxcwcnxngedqe3r The time slots are between 2pm and 6pm Paris time, as those are time slots that are most likely to be acceptable to members from the Americas, and it gives us a bit of hope to find a time acceptable to Asians too. We can see how things work out here and change this at later conferences. This e-mail should appear on the WebID mailing list http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xg-webid/ If people wish to mostly listen in on the conversation they may find it easier to just subscribe to that mailing list. Invited Experts will automatically get access to the public-xg-webid mailing list when approved, at which point you risk receiving e-mails twice I am told. Thanks again for your patience, Sincerely, Henry Story Social Web Architect http://bblfish.net/
