As the name implies it's a service to provide info based on public keys.

It will track public keys over time, so that you can be more confident
that a key is genuine.

I'll be adding more features soon, such as a proxy for people that
want public key information returned in JSON.

So far I've found 14 well formatted WebIDs ... looking forward to
seeing triple digits sometime soon! :)
