I agree with Kendall we need to consider the technology target (and even Henson's note does that), but we also need to insulate ourselves from technology movement. Decidable DL has grown in expressiveness in the last few years, and current work indicates it will grow further. We need to agree an what we want to do first, with one eye (not both) on the technology. Conrad
