Michel, Thanks for sending this. It is *much* easier to comment on if we can all agree to send material like this as email, rather than as attachments to email. I can't easily have a conversation using a Word document, and certainly not one that the W3C email system will help us search through later on. In addition, not everyone has or uses MS Word or any other proprietary format, so I would prefer that this XG do what is standard practice for all W3C groups, namely, use email and Web documents for communications. I will try to comment on this document when I return from travel in Denmark, but it would be *much* easier to do if you would resend it to this list as a regular email message.
