URW3 minutes available and new refresher

All,

The minutes for the 5 March and 12 March URW3 telecons are now posted  
and linked from the home pages.  See

This should catch everyone up.

In addition, I'd like people to reread the charter (http://www.w3.org/ 
2005/Incubator/urw3/charter), especially 1.1 Success Criteria and 1.2  
Out of Scope.  It is good to review our stated purpose as we prepare  
to bring things to a close.

Detailed agenda for 19 March call will be out shortly.  To no one's  
surprise, we will be concentrating on our conclusions and  
recommendations.  Per last week's actions, these are still being
