Annotating use cases

Folks,

This is a reminder to annotate your use cases!  Please look at the  
AppointmentMaking use case, http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/urw3/wiki/AppointmentMaking 
, to see how to do it.  You can look at the source to see how to link  
to the uncertainty ontology.  If it's too hard to figure that out,  
then just do the annotation without the links, and the editing team  
will put the links in.

I was asked to add the tag UncAnn to all the annotations so it would  
be easy to see that there are uncertainty annotations.  I did it, but  
I personally don't think it adds much.  I'm interested in what other  
people think.

We're coming into the home stretch now, and it's important to get  
those use cases cleaned up.
