Annotation info [was: updated uncertainty ontology]

I wanted to emphasize the last paragraph of Kathy's email.

Kathy annotated the Appointment Making use case and updated the  
Discovery one to link back to the uncertainty ontology.  You can edit  
either use case to see the syntax for putting in the links.
