To all -

Time is growing short and we really need to start putting the pieces  
together.  Please annotate use cases with the uncertainty ontology!   
Please also look over the use cases to make sure we have the breadth  
of coverage we need.  Have we adequately addressed the key aspects of  
uncertainty needed for reasoning with uncertainty on the Web?
