XG conclusions and recommendations

Dear URW3 Participants,

There is a wiki page at http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/urw3/wiki/ 
Recommendations for people to include their thoughts on conclusions  
from our year of work and recommendations for what should follow.  We  
will likely have an agenda item for next Wednesday's call to discuss  
this but it will be much more productive if people begin populating  
the wiki with their thoughts.

So start adding your thoughts!!!
