[URW3] Welcome back from summer vacation

Dear URW3 participants,

Our meeting schedule was reduced over the (northern hemisphere)  
summer when many people were not going to be available.  As we move  
into October, we have an editing team that is framing our final  
report and we have begun to talk about methodologies that can be  
applied to our use cases.  In addition, we would like to get closure  
on our uncertainty ontology.

While most of you have attended per your announced availability, a  
few of you are extending summer.  As I just noted to my daughter, it  
is time to get back to work!

Our next telecon will be this Wednesday, October 3.  The agenda will  
be coming out shortly.  The first half of our chartered time has led  
to some challenging discussions, and I expect no less from the second  
half.
