interest in additional URW3 full or partial ftf meetings

Dear URW3 Participants,

While reviewing the minutes, I note I have an action "to start email  
on interest and availability for January/February timeframe for full  
ftf, including possible locations."  This email is intended to start  
that discussion.

I believe we have found the meetings at SUM and ISWC to be valuable.   
The question is whether there are other natural opportunities in the  
coming months or whether we would like to organize a dedicated face- 
to-face meeting.

Please answer the following questions:

1. Can you suggest an already scheduled meeting or conference where  
many URW3 participants are already likely to be gathered?  If so,  
where and when?e

2. Would you be interested in arranging a dedicated meeting?

3. What is the likelihood you would be able to attend a dedicated  
meeting located in:
   a. the US (probably East Coast)
   b. the UK
   c. Italy
   d. the Czech Republic
   e. Greece

4. Would you be able to host the meeting?
