[URW3] canceling 22 August telecon

Dear URW3 participants,

I've gotten about a half dozen positive responses and I don't believe  
we'll have a critical mass for a meeting.  Thus, we are canceling  
tomorrow's scheduled telecon and our next one will be on 5 September  
at the usual time.  In the mean time, my hard rive has been replaced  
(again) and I hope to have Nvu properly configured so I can once  
again work on our Web sites.

On 5 September, we plan on
- hearing from the editing team
- getting an update on the RIF work
- discussing another use case
