MINUTES FOR 1 AUGUST URW3 TELECON

Dear URW3 member,

Unfortunately, the minutes from the August 1 telecon have not yet 
been posted on the URW3 web site.  This is due to a hardware glitch 
that required sending Ken's computer out for repair.  He had his 
computer set up to publish to the URW3 site.  Annoyingly, when we 
tried to set up one of our other computers, it didn't work, and we 
weren't able to figure out what the problem was in a reasonable 
amount of time.

There are action items that need to be addressed, and it would be 
helpful to have the minutes.  Therefore, as a stopgap, I've posted 
the minutes at a temporary location:
