SSN-XG wiki

Hi,

Just to let you know that I have updated the SSN XG wiki entry page http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/Main_Page
Thanks to the eGov IG working group: I've used their wiki top page: http://www.w3.org/2007/eGov/IG/wiki/Main_Page as the model for ours.

The motivation is to have a smaller, more compact page and to ease the navigation to other part of the wiki.
The main changes are:
- I have moved the meetings minutes to a new page: http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/Meetings and also the list of talks
- I have added some doco on how to join the teleconfs and used the W3C tools Zakim(IRC), tracker ... + scribing guidelines: http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/Teleconferences (also adapted from eGov IG)
- I have added extra external references on topics which overlap with the XG work (ontologies, terminologies, markup,activities of other standard organisations)
e.g http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/Metrology_%28hard_and_soft%29 and http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/SSN-XG_Liaison_activities

I hope everyone will like the new page and find it more convenient to use. Please, let me know if I've messed up with something I should not have - normally, there should not be any loss of information compared to before.
I think that a similar effort should be done at the level of the "entry pages" for the different work packages to make it easier for someone which is not actively involved in the XG (or not at all) to find what is available on the wiki.
