I just reviewed the minutes. I would like to comment that it is not clear if the proposed use-cases match one of the key use-cases that drove the development of SensorML – i.e. multiple sensing-elements, moving platform with is own positioning sensors, where the ‘system’ includes the data processing necessary to georeference the results to a footprint on the ground. Strongly suggest looking at the text of both OGC SensorML and Transducer ML to verify that the use case is sufficient.
