SSN-XG deliverable 3: member submission

SSN-XG participants,

As discussed in the meeting today, we are considering retracting the following deliverable of the XG,
for the various reasons discussed today.
>From the charter:"The submission will cover specification of semantic annotation of Sensor Markup Language (SML-S)"

In any case, the topic would still form a part
of our XG report, but if we retract it, would not form a separate submission to the W3C.

We propose to make a formal decision on this matter by vote at the next XG meeting.
If you are a W3C member and you would propose to
lead the submission and have your organisation as the (one of the) Member making the
submission, then it is important that you speak up now.

At this point, I am unaware of any such willing participant, so I anticipate that we will vote to
retract the deliverable.
