I added this section (replacing the previous contents):

BTW, I disagree with the statement that: "...client-side approaches have poor user experiences partially because of lack of support within the browser." at least WRT to Infocard. The sentence is from here:

There are UX issues related to to the download/installation of active clients. But once installed the UX of client side approaches to identity interactions is far superior to other approaches while at the same time increasing security.
