Besides some typo checking, I've expanded/amended the various privacy
sections throughout the report and removed some of the privacy-related
inline questions. Further additions/clarifications to the password section.

Also added to the "State of the Social Web 2010": "Today, the Social Web is
becoming part of corporate communication portfolios and Web 2.0 companies
start commercializing data from and about their users."
