Social Web XG Meeting July 21st - update from Federated Social Web Summit

Everyone,

   Assuming he can make it (still waiting for that confirm e-mail,
DKA), tomorrow we'll have an update from the Federated Social Web
Summit. Looks like they're moving to test-cases! We'll also discuss my
attempts to put together a draft of the first half of the final report
from our various contributions.
