Meeting Agenda for August 25th Meeting: Finishing draft final report

Everyone,

   It's final home-run time for the final report. If *everyone* can
please take out an hour or two and try to finish up their final report
actions before the next telecon, I'll take out a week and then edit
and polish up the draft. But I'm counting on *you* to do your action.
I've added some notes in parenthesis below.
