We have a proposal - which has been approved in meetings already - to
move the telecon 2 hours *later* as to help accomodate people in for
whom the current call is too early (which includes most of our
upcoming guest speakers!).

This means moving the Social Web telecon time from 13:00UTC to
15:00UTC starting on our *next* meeting, October 7th.

Any objections?
