Final Report

Hi Michael:
I made minor editorial changes to the report.  I'm enclosing the three 
files you would need to rebuild.

Could you install this in 
http://www.w3.org/XG_Report/2009/RDB2RDF_XG-20090116
and also http://www.w3.org/ XG_Report/RDB2RDF_XG 
<http://www.w3.org/XG_Report/RDB2RDF_XG>

When you build with your stylesheet you get an Acknowledgements Section 
at the bottom.
I don't get that.  Could you add in that section.
"We would like to thank the members of the XG who have contributed to 
the ideas in this report.  We would also like to thank the guests who 
have come and presented their work to the XG".

Please let me know when the report in on the W3C site.  I will then 
start talking with the W3C management
about the format etc.
