Hi all, As promised I compiled a slightly more elaborate version of the idea of standardizing an LinkedData update log mechanism at: http://esw.w3.org/topic/Rdb2RdfXG/LinkedDataUpdateLogs I hope this is a little easier to understand now - at least since the example URIs are not clickable anymore ;-) The concern raised in the last telco that such an update publishing mechanism would not be RDB specific and thus be out of scope of this workgroup might constitute a valid viewpoint. From my point of view, however, this would be an important standardization task, which is needed in order to deploy RDF and Linked Data on a large scale and RDB2RDF transformers can and should implement something like this right from the beginning. Best, Sören PS: Deadline for submitting to our Triplification Challenge (http://triplify.org/Challenge) is in the end of next week. -- -------------------------------------------------------------- Sören Auer, AKSW/Computer Science Dept., University of Leipzig http://www.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~auer, Skype: soerenauer
