I, obviously, do have writing privilege:-). I am happy if

- the scribe collects amendments, and edit the HTML file on his/her own
machine, if needed
- send the file to me
- I update the file on the Web

There is another tool to convert and install the minutes on the Wiki,
but that is not yet a standard tool (although some groups use it
already). With enough bribing we can get Sandro Hawke to install it for
us, too... But I am happy to go the simpler way as outlined above.
