Closure on use cases, plans for face to face meeting and next telecon

All:

A few notes from the telecon today:

1) CLOSURE ON USE CASES

As a reminder, we should have all the use cases done by December 31st
at the latest. Most use cases are not in the wiki, please add then
over the next week or two:

Simon and I will go over the use cases in the first week of January to
organize them in terms of the provenance dimensions and check their
coverage. This will be the main agenda item in the agenda to discuss
this at our next telecon. Let me know if you would like to contribute
to this.

2) PLANS FOR FACE TO FACE MEETING
The results of the poll were in favor of holding our face to face
meeting co-located with the WWW conference, with IPAW a close second:

In the phone call today we agreed to have a first face to face meeting
right before WWW (either April 24-25 or April 25-26 or April 26-27, as
the conference itself is April 26-30 and starts with 2 days of
workshops), and then hold a second meeting at IPAW (or we can decide
to hold it at a later date). I will contact the WWW organizers right
away regarding logistics and let you all know if we can confirm the
dates.

3) NEXT TELECON

Our next telecon will be January 8th. There will be no telecon on Dec
25 or Jan 1.

The minutes from the call today are at:

Many thanks to Irini Fundulaki for scribing.

I hope you all have a great holiday!
