First off, my name is Pete LePage, I'm one of a few product managers at Microsoft who work on Internet Explorer. I tend to focus my efforts on developers, designers and people who create content for the web. I've been involved in web stuff since I was a wee lad, okay, well not that wee, but long enough to be amazed to see where we've come from, and can only imagine where we're going. In my day job, I consider myself successful if I can help developers get their job done faster and more easily than they could before they spoke to me. And typically, my boss at work likes that too! :) Education has always been an exciting area for me, all through college and much of high school, I earned a good portion of my spending money by teaching swim lessons, first aid, and CPR. Seeing people learn a new skill, grasp it, and realize what they can do with it has always amazed me. And knowing that one person may learn in a different way then another and requires a special skill is something I've always enjoyed doing!
