Thanks for your review. All typos have been corrected.
Regarding your other comments, the introduction of Semantic Web and annotation issues have changed
significantly and I hope that the SW technologies are better sold than what they were, having in mind
also the pedagogical aspect of this document and the limits of the technologies that can't be ignored.
