[ALL] request ownership change of remaining [MM] documents

Dear all,

Now the Multimedia Semantics XG [1] is starting its work, I'd like to
propose we change ownership of the unfinished documents of the
Multimedia Task Force of the SWBPD WG to the new XG.  In particular,
this applies to the editor's draft on interoperability [2] and the
overview pages on tools [3], vocabularies [4] and other resources [5].

In particular, I'd like to get consent from the SWBPD WG for this change
in the 22 May teleconf and from the XG in their kick-off teleconf (which
has still to be announced). 

If you have comments on the proposed change, please feel free to reply
(to both the public-swbp-wg and public-xg-mmsem lists).
