f2f Meeting: venue and accomodation details

All,

The first face to face meeting of the Multimedia Semantics XG will be
held in CWI, Amsterdam, the 10th-11th of July.
Please note that this face 2 face meeting is for attendance by members
and invited experts only. Please, for those who have not yet answered to
the questionaire form, could you do it as soon as possible.

A draft agenda of the meeting will be sent soon. The meeting should
start Monday 10th around 10:00 - 10:30 AM, and end
Tuesday 11th, around 16:30 - 17:00 PM.

We will try to use both IRC and the W3C bridge system so that people can
join us remotely on the phone and on IRC.

The NH Tropen hotel is close to the Oosterpark and the Tropen Museum,
and is convenient for transport to CWI and the city center. Single and
Double rooms are available for the price of 109 euros + 5% city tax
(without breakfast). Please be aware: finding an accomodation in
Amsterdam is very tricky during that time and I suggest you to contact
an hotel as soon as possible.

There will be a joint dinner on Monday 10th, but the dinner will not be
offered.
