Re: Porting wiki pages from LLDXG wiki to W3C SW wiki

Thanks, Karen and Gordon!

I have adapted Gordon's reference from SW wiki to LLD XG wiki, so that the new presentation page also references the older one.

And I've added disclaimer to clarify on the old pages, that these are deprecated and replaced by the new ones. This way, we should be fully covered.
