Thursday's call - review of report sections

On tomorrow's call, besides the usual updates on the status of each section
of the draft report, I would like to ask for one volunteer to do a 
LIGHTWEIGHT REVIEW.

A reviewer should carefully read through the section in question and 
be prepared to discuss the following on the 26 May call:

-- Overall, how complete and polished does the section or deliverable look?
   Details aside, how close does it seem to a final form?

-- Do any points leap out as being particularly problematic (needing further
   discussion) or potentially controversial?  Are any big issues missing
   completely?
