> ACTION: Emma, TomB, and Antoine to send a call for finding an > owner of the UC deliverable [recorded in > http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/minutes/2011/02/24-lld-minutes.html#action07] Dear all, I believe we have consensus that the Use Cases should _not_ be documented in an Appendix to the main report, nor we do want to list them in the main report. However, we do agree that the use cases are an important product of the Incubator Group, provide illustrations of "why" the linked data approach is significant, and introduce a number of important projects to the interested reader. We agreed two calls ago to create a Use Case report as a separate deliverable of the group, however we still do not have an owner for this report. In my opinion, this report could be as simple as listing the use cases with two or three sentences about each one and pointers to the full wiki documents for each use case (these wiki documents will be frozen at the end of our charter). The document might also possibly include a summary of the clusters along with their case-study "scenarios" The task is more than of an Editor than a Writer, and it need not be onerous. The burden could be eased by getting XG members (starting with the curators of specific use cases) to each take the thirty minutes or so required to summarize a use case in a short paragraph. If we assume that everyone can pitch in with this task, then the Editor need, at a minimum, only assemble the summaries and wrap them up in a neat package. We will again be asking on tomorrow's call for a volunteer... Tom -- Tom Baker <tbaker@tbaker.de>
