Re: Draft CALL FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Antoine, I think we had already decided that the separate sections  
would not be posted to the wider list of mailing lists, but that they  
would get a simple call for comments. I think the dates you suggest  
are fine -- we don't want to give people too much time or they tend  
not to respond (always thinking they can do so "later").
