In San Francisco, Antoine suggested that the definitions of "dataset", "element set", and "value vocabulary" in the short "Scope of this Report" section -- the first section of the report after the Executive Summary -- are arguably not needed at that spot given that the somewhat fuller definitions follow just four pages later in the section on Available Vocabularies and Datasets [1]. I have therefore removed these definitions from the Scope section as per [2], which has the advantage of making the Scope section tighter.
