I have incorporated in the wiki most comments from Oreste and Felix
re: the Benefits section, see the diff [1].

One comment from Felix that is pending : he proposes to replace
"cultural organizations" by "memory institutions". I don't have a
specific opinion here, but we should probably be consistent in the
whole doc and not just this section, so this is a question for the
group.

Dickson's review is still pending [2] because I'm not sure whether it
belongs to the Benefits section or another one.
