Draft final report and current wiki pages

Dear all,

Here's my inventory of wiki pages along with my take on
how these pages might relate to the final report and other
deliverables.

Lots of questions here about particular pages.  I'd like to
clarify on tomorrow's call where our priorities lie and how
these all fit together.
