Hi Gordon,

As we discussed it today, here's relevant pointers from the vocabulary alignment cluster on instance-level mapping:
- SILK [1] for link production
- sameAs.org [2] for link publication
Of course this is really incomplete. But I guess we can't be expected to do a full state-of-the art.

There's also an instance-matching track in the OAI campaigns (see [3] for the 2010 edition) which could be interesting to point at.
