Thanks, Karen! I'd suggest APP-PROFILES for application profiles ('app' is already too overloaded a term for me).

COM suggests 'commercial' (not just community) to me--too many years of reading domain names. Maybe ORG or POL (or even MGT if 'management of data' became DATA)?
