Use Case Digital Text Repository

Hello, everyone.

I submit a new use case I have been working on, drawn from my involvement
with Project Ben-Yehuda and the Wikisource projects.

I would greatly appreciate any comments, amendments, suggestions, or
questions.

Also, I could certainly use some help in the "Vocabularies" section, as I'm
not yet familiar enough with the extant vocabs.
