Done. Currently this is only a placeholder, more content to be added. Note,
btw., that since mid September I am working mainly at DFKI (German Research
Center for Artificial Intelligence) www.dfki.de , focusing on language
technologies for the multiliingual web. That is another and main motivation
for me to pursue that use case.
