For anyone (particularly Invited Experts) is still not able to log 
into the wiki, I am advised that they should please write to sysreq@w3.org.

Please Cc: me on any messages to sysreq so I can track this.

We do not know where the problem lies.  After all this time
it seems not to be just a simple time delay.
