Hi all, I am Fumihiro Kato [1] from National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan [2]. I have been working as a researcher since this May to launch the LOD.AC project [3] that aims to create linked data for academic information resources in Japan. NII has tons of data such as GeNii [4]. CiNii [5], a part of GeNii, has already supported to produce rdf. wordnet.jp [6] and kotohub [7] are Linked data of Japanese lexicon. We are currently working on museum data, hence interested in this lld group. I used to work for W3C as a Systems team staff while I was a research associate of Keio University. My interest is distributed information system like semantic web/linked data. And my friends and I have started to organize Japanese linked data community [8,9] recently. Thanks, Fumi [1] http://fumi.me [2] http://www.nii.ac.jp/en/ [3] http://lod.ac [4] http://ge.nii.ac.jp/genii/jsp/index-e.jsp [5] http://ci.nii.ac.jp/en [6] http://wordnet.jp [7] http://wordnet.jp/kotohub [8] http://linkeddata.jp [9] http://groups.google.com/group/linkeddatajp
