Here are the preliminary logistics and agenda for our meetings the next two days.

Logistics:
- We meet Thursday and Friday, 3-4 November
- Meetings will be held in "Prospector A&B", at the end of the hall off the main lobby
- We will use IRC as usual, channel #htmlspeech, server irc.w3.org port 6665, web client http://irc.w3.org
- I am trying to get a speakerphone.  If that works, callers can use Zakim at code 48657# (HTMLS#), see http://www.w3.org/2002/01/UsingZakim.  Note that Europe has gone off Daylight Savings Time but the US has not (yet).
- In the schedule below, if we finish our topic early we will go on to the next one in the agenda
