Folks, I wandered down to the Google offices today and have the following additional info which may help you find the building: The building is indeed *directly* across the street from the Buckingham Palace Road exit for Victoria Station, but you can't cross right there because of a fence down the center of the road. As the directions say, you will need to turn right to go to the next crossing place and then come back down the road after crossing. The building is beige, large, and nondescript. It has many windows. The main feature that will help you is that when you finally reach the center of the front of the building, you'll finally see both the words "Belgrave House" and two gigantic revolving glass doors. Until you reach that point, however, there is not a single thing to clue you in to which building it is :) -- dan
