Last week I promised to send a survey to determine what time would be  
best for folks when we have our occasional teleconferences.  Please  
complete the survey [1] before next Tuesday so we have this info ready  
for whenever we might need it.  Note, however, that the survey will  
remain open for the lifetime of the group, and you can edit your  
answers as often as necessary.  This will thus be a live survey that  
should always reflect the best telecon time.
