TPAC meeting and confidentiality

Hi all,

I wonder why the TPAC meeting is marked as "Member-Confidential".
The charter isn't quite clear whether that is ok - it
talks only about public mailing list, not really
whether f2f and teleconferences are public.
But I have to admit I did interpret the charter so that
all the work would happen in public (well, except
possible "Administrative tasks")
