R: moving to Community Group?

I would be interesting in having more details about the implications regarding licenses and wrt development of specifications towards Standard Tracks.

Is there any idea about the goal/scope that would have this new group?

The only issue I've seen is a practical one; there was some suggestion
it might involve migrating everyone to yet another email list.

Hopefully Harry & co at W3C have some workaround for this...? Harry? Coralie?
